Job summary

CAM Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for specialized technical positions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience with oil and gas, midstream, EPC, engineering, construction, or industrial recruiting preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and EEO requirements with compliant hiring practices.
• Experience with ATS or recruiting platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to define workforce needs and position requirements.
• Develop recruiting strategies for specialized technical and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Independently determine sourcing methods and search priorities.
• Evaluate candidates’ technical qualifications and fit for position requirements.
• Conduct interviews and decide which candidates advance.
• Provide hiring leaders with assessments and market information.
• Manage the full recruiting process from sourcing through offer development and pre-employment handoff.
• Build candidate pipelines for current and anticipated staffing needs.
• Maintain compliant recruiting records and analyze recruiting metrics.
