Job summary

CSC Generation is seeking a recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across engineering, marketing, finance and other professional roles, with a focus on building our talent presence in Canada and across North America. You will establish sourcing pipelines, partner with hiring managers, track key metrics, and move quickly in a lean team, taking end-to-end ownership of requisitions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, ecommerce, or fintech.
• Ability to source and evaluate engineering, finance, and creative talent across NA.
• Strong understanding of US and Canada candidate marketplaces.
• Experience using data and reporting to drive recruiting decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions with quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership mentality with a track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across portfolio brands to define recruitment strategies for each open position.
• Own full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, and evaluate qualified applicants for engineering, finance, creative, and other professional roles.
• Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical ability, culture fit, and long-term potential.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs and convert prospects into hires.
• Use data-driven approaches to recruiting and report on key metrics to drive improvements.
• Lead efforts to establish and grow CSC Generation's recruiting presence in Canada across top talent markets and channels.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and keep stakeholders informed on progress.
