Job summary

Partner Company is a technology recruitment and consulting firm that builds and maintains talent networks to staff technology professionals across client and internal projects. They operate in an international, collaborative environment spanning Canada, the US and Latin America.

We are seeking a full-cycle tech recruiter to own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, and to build a warm bench of pre-qualified consultants while collaborating with an international team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years in tech hiring.
• Active Canadian tech network and sourcing skills.
• Experience hiring for international teams.
• Remote work ability and cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build a warm bench of pre-qualified consultants.
• Collaborate with international teams in Canada, the US and LATAM.
