Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support Product Engineering hiring across NAMER (US & Canada). You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, identify and engage passive candidates, and build diverse pipelines for Software, AI/Data roles, and Technical Product Manager positions.

The role emphasizes sourcing strategy, stakeholder alignment, and offering competitive total rewards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruitment experience, corporate and/or agency preferred.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting AI talent (ML Engineers, Data/Applied Scientists).
• Ability to build pipelines using creative sourcing methods.
• Experience negotiating total rewards beyond salary (bonus, RSUs, sign-on).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition from requisition to offer.
• Create sourcing strategies to attract top and passive talent.
• Develop tailored assessments and interview processes for hiring needs.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience and target met performance metrics.
