Job summary

STAT is expanding its recruiting engine with a full-time, in-house Recruiter to own the candidate pipeline from outreach to offer. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to move fast while maintaining candidate experience and high EQ.

We value hustle, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple searches across time zones in a distributed team. Experience with BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus; Canada hiring experience is a plus as well.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience working on a remote or distributed team.
• Strong follow-through and ownership; can juggle multiple searches.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, email, phone, and referrals.
• Build talent pipelines for repeat roles and ensure postings stay compelling.
• Run screening calls and present organized candidate summaries to hiring managers.
• Coordinate multi-step interviews across time zones and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and report on pipeline health.
