Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a recruiter focused on sourcing and delivering top talent across multiple departments. You will partner with hiring managers to identify, source, and recruit highly qualified candidates, building networks through social media, job boards, agencies, and referrals.

The role emphasizes proactive candidate outreach, interview coordination, and alignment with staffing goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Recruiting.
Experience sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates is preferred.
Experience in core recruiting principles, practices and procedures.
Experience engaging with hiring managers regularly.

Responsibilities

Assists with the company’s recruiting efforts (on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, agency partnerships, referrals).
Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding.
Recruit for multiple core business areas (sales, management, engineering, data center, project management, operations, supply chain).
Post jobs online and screen, organize, and track applications in the ATS.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
Understand company policies and benefits.
Review and pre-qualify potential candidates.
Post jobs on external boards and social networks.
Research and implement new sourcing ideas and methods.
Build and maintain a passive candidate pipeline and network.
Communicate effectively with management and hiring teams to meet staffing needs.
Complete miscellaneous projects as needed.
