Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) in St. Louis, MO is seeking a recruiter focused on sourcing and delivering top talent across multiple departments.

You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines through social networks, job boards, referrals, and university relationships to fill open roles. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years recruiting experience, strong communication, and is familiar with ATS and VMS systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates preferred

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with company recruiting efforts including on-site, internet, and referrals
• Recruit for multiple business areas (sales, management, engineering, data center, PM, operations, supply chain)
• Post jobs online and screen/track applications in the ATS
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Qualify potential candidates
• Post jobs on external boards and social media
• Develop passive candidate pipelines through networking and research
• Maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current/future openings
• Communicate with TA team, hiring managers, and staff to meet staffing needs
• Handle miscellaneous projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in Recruiting
• Relevant industry experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates is preferred
• Experience in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with internal ATS and VMS applications preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $51,600-$64,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

A Brief Overview

This position will be focused on sourcing and delivering top talent. Partners with hiring managers and key university stakeholders to identify, source, and recruit highly qualified candidates within specific departments. Builds networks through social media, job boards, professional associations, and employee referral programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists with the company's overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, and employee/ manager referrals.
• Recruiting for WWT's core business areas which includes, sales, management, engineering, data center, project management, operations, supply chain, and other positions throughout the company.
• Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company's ADP applicant tracking tool.
• Coordinates interviews with hiring managers, when necessary.
• Understand company's policies and benefits.
• Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates
• Post jobs on various external job boards, social media, user groups, universities, etc.
• Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
• Develop passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research
• Develop a network of business and candidate contacts
• Establish and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings
• Effectively communicate with TA Team members, hiring managers, and other internal staff to meet staffing needs
• Miscellaneous projects as needed.
