Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Reno seeks a Recruiter to source and hire for corporate and manufacturing roles, from warehouse associates to engineering technicians. You will manage the recruiting cycle, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and align candidate expectations with hiring managers.

This fast-paced role requires three years of technical recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to source high-quality hourly candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum three years of experience as a technical/high-tech recruiter in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Proven success at identifying and sourcing high-quality hourly and non-technical candidates.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, outreach, and persuasive candidate engagement.
• Experience using Workday or similar ATS; ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting cycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing customer and candidate expectations.
• Work with hiring managers to determine department needs and team fit; actively source and vet candidates for vacancies.
• Create and post recruitment advertisements with local organizations and online platforms.
• Coordinate with Sterling and HR for background checks and onboarding of new hires.
• Build relationships with recruiting contacts in the community and identify best sourcing channels.
