Job summary

Hyve Solutions Corporation in Las Vegas, NV (onsite) is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for complex, business-critical roles and partner with hiring leaders to craft sourcing strategies. You will build talent pipelines, conduct candidate assessments, and deliver high-quality hires that fuel growth.

The role requires 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, with expertise in ATS (Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including technical roles
• Ability to manage full lifecycle: intake, sourcing, assessment, interviews, offers, onboarding
• Experience with ATS and reporting; familiarity with Workday or similar systems

Senior Recruiter role for a strategic talent acquisition partner focused on complex, business-critical hiring at Hyve Solutions Corporation.

• Build talent pipelines to support current and future hiring demands

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and directly relevant talent acquisition experience)
• 5+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a corporate, agency, or blended recruiting environment
• Proven success recruiting across multiple business functions and organizational levels, including technical or engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, information technology, sales, finance, human resources, and other corporate/professional roles
• Ability to independently manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including intake and role calibration, requisition launch, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview management, offer development, negotiation, closing, and onboarding handoff
• Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and internet-search techniques, talent mapping, professional networks, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach to engage active and passive candidates
• Experience creating sustainable talent pipelines for high-volume, recurring, specialized, difficult-to-fill, and leadership-level hiring
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting workflows, including accurate requisition and candidate documentation, reporting, disposition management, and data-integrity practices; experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise ATS
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment requirements and recruiting compliance, including equal employment opportunity, accommodation, candidate-record management, data confidentiality, and consistent selection documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruiting experience in technology, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, hardware, cloud infrastructure, datacenter, electronics, engineering, or another complex product and operations environment
• Demonstrated success recruiting a mix of hourly or nonexempt, technical, professional, management, and leadership talent across multiple sites or geographic markets
• Knowledge of talent-market intelligence practices, including labor-market research, competitor mapping, compensation trends, skill availability, and location-based talent insights
• Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing, including employee-referral programs, targeted outreach, recruiting events, and developing candidate messaging and employee value propositions
• Experience using AI-enabled recruiting or sourcing tools to improve research, outreach, workflow efficiency, or talent insights, with appropriate human oversight, confidentiality, and responsible-use practices
