Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Senior HR Recruiter to support its Premium Products & Experiences team, including Travel, Dining, Lounges, and Premium Cards. You will manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, build pipelines through proactive sourcing, and recruit niche roles like Product Management and Business Analyst.

You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver talent insights and ensure smooth candidate communication and negotiations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and hard-to-fill recruiting experience.
• Experience working with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and candidate management skills.
• Corporate or agency recruiting backgrounds welcomed; product/financial-services experience helpful but not required.

• LinkedIn Recruiter experience; Eightfold is a plus.
• Corporate or agency recruiting backgrounds are both welcome Product, banking, or financial-services recruiting experience is helpful but not mandatory. Strong sourcing expertise is the main priority.
