Job summary

Alliance Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive full life cycle recruiting, partner with hiring leaders, and strengthen talent pipelines across the organization.

You will serve as a recruiting subject matter expert, support sourcing strategy, analyze recruiting metrics, and help ensure a compliant, positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience with results across full lifecycle hiring.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to craft creative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, events, and other channels.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or the ability to quickly learn new recruiting technology.
