Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, a Technical field, or related area (preferred, not required)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—you’re energized by real conversations
• A competitive, driven, goal-oriented mindset
• Tech fluency and resourcefulness—you find answers quickly and think creatively
• A genuine desire to make a positive impact in your community

Responsibilities

• Engage and Recruit: Build genuine connections with technical professionals through phone calls, in-person conversations, video meetings, calls, emails, and texts.
• Source Strategically: Tap into our database, LinkedIn, job platforms, and social channels to identify talent and build pipelines across engineering, manufacturing, and architecture.
• Lead the Full Recruiting Process: Conduct interviews, evaluate alignment, present talent to hiring managers, coordinate the journey, and support salary negotiation.
• Drive Growth and Opportunity: Collaborate with our sales team by generating leads and contributing ideas to strengthen Konik’s reach and reputation.
• Represent with Credibility: Meet with candidates and clients face-to-face, reinforcing long-term relationships in the Twin Cities market.]
