Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or HR, finance, communications, marketing, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal sales team to understand open job requirements.
• Identify top talent through job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills and culture fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients and industry professionals.
• Network and build presence through client meetings and industry events.
• Meet and exceed monthly recruitment activity targets and revenue goals.
• Stay updated on recruitment industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to overall company success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with Swoon's clients and our internal sales team to understand open job requirements and deliver the highest quality service
• Identify top talent for our customers through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking and referrals
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skillsets, experience and culture fit
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including coordinating interviews, negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients and industry professionals through strong communication and superior candidate care
• Network and build your presence through client meetings, industry events, social media and weekly connections
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly recruitment activity targets and revenue goals
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices in the recruitment space
• Contribute to the overall success of the company

REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:

• 1-3 years of professional experience required, with prior recruiting experience a plus
• Bachelors degree in related technical and/or human resources, finance, communications, marketing, business or a related field required

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of the recruitment industry with a focus on Information Technology roles, but also Finance & Accounting, Digital/Marketing/Creative, Human Resources, Procurement, and Supply Chain
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
