Swoon is seeking a Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team in Dallas. You will establish relationships with clients and top talent, sourcing across multiple channels and guiding candidates through the end-to-end hiring process.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or HR, finance, communications, marketing, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal sales team to understand open job requirements.
• Identify top talent through job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills and culture fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients and industry professionals.
• Network and build presence through client meetings and industry events.
• Meet and exceed monthly recruitment activity targets and revenue goals.
• Stay updated on recruitment industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to overall company success.
