Insight Global is seeking a Technical/ Operational Readiness Program Analyst to support our Project and Program Managers in a complex Cloud-based program. You will bridge the gap between management and technical teams, tracking tasks, organizing data, and ensuring effective end-user communications in an Agile setting.

The role emphasizes gathering requirements, mapping dependencies, and preparing actionable materials for stakeholders and teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project management experience with stakeholder engagement.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience in Agile environments and software integration.

Responsibilities

• Track tasks and ensure execution of technical and end-user communications.
• Collaborate on software development and integration tasks in an Agile framework.
• Collect and organize project data for analysis, reporting, and recommendations on timelines.
• Analyze on-premises environments and map dependencies for migration readiness.
• Maintain schedules, action items, and project documentation.
• Translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements, user stories, workflows, and use cases.
• Create runbooks and migration process documentation for knowledge sharing.
