Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Technical Project Analyst to support the Technical Program Manager on a fast-paced federal technology program. The Analyst will own day-to-day program controls: maintaining trackers and artifacts, driving action follow-through across internal teams and subcontractors, supporting reporting and deliverables, and surfacing risks early.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in coordinating programs, PMO support, and fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to translate tech talk to actions.
• PMP, CAPM, CSM, SAFe or similar certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program trackers, actions, decisions, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Monitor schedules across workstreams and escalate at-risk items to TPM.
• Prepare agendas, capture decisions, and assemble status reports and SOPs.
