Job summary

Woolpert seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead our Cloud Professional Services team. You will guide complex software and cloud projects from kickoff through go-live and support, using Agile methodologies to coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, stakeholders, and budgets.

The role emphasizes strong business sense, remote-ready collaboration, and the ability to translate objectives into actionable plans.

Qualifications

5–7+ years in Technical Program or Project Management in professional services or cloud tech.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in fast-paced, often remote environments.
Strong business acumen with experience managing large projects and budgets; excellent communication.
Proficiency with collaboration and task management tools (Jira, Slack, Monday.com, Google Workspace).
BS Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Define clear product objectives and technical requirements with stakeholders.
Oversee full lifecycle of professional services projects, including resourcing, schedules, and budgets.
Establish and maintain project management frameworks (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban) and interface with client tools.
Develop and distribute standard PM deliverables: implementation plans, schedules, budget variances, risk assessments.
Plan and facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly status meetings, and Scrum ceremonies.
Manage budgets and resource utilization across projects.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues impacting quality or goals.
Identify opportunities for additional services, including new statements of work and change requests.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and quality.
