Job summary

OP is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to identify, plan, and coordinate related projects within a program and manage interdependencies in support of specific business strategies.

You will work closely with cross-discipline technology teams, leadership, and business partners to understand technical and business direction, milestones, and budget, providing thought leadership to the project management team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project/program management experience
• Understanding of cloud, APIs, databases, and software development life cycle
• Strong influence, negotiation and communication skills
• Experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall and blended approaches
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and testing concepts
• Experience coaching teams in project management practices
• Ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects
• Experience managing large project budgets

Responsibilities

• Drive execution and delivery of technical projects on time and budget
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to establish processes
• Define and optimize Agile ceremonies and governance for large teams
• Develop program plans with parallel projects and multiple PMs
• Monitor and adjust programs to meet business goals
• Provide senior leadership oversight and program governance
• Manage program expenditures and ROI reporting
• Develop infrastructure to support the program
• Participate in OP team meetings and knowledge sharing
• Provide status reports to OP Account Management
