Job summary
GovCIO is seeking a Technical Project Analyst to support the Technical Program Manager on a fast-paced federal technology program. The Analyst will own day-to-day program controls: trackers and artifacts, driving action follow-through across internal teams and subcontractors, supporting reporting and deliverables, and surfacing risks early.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in project/program coordination or PMO support.
- PMP, CAPM, CSM, SAFe or similar preferred but not required.
- Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate tech into actions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain program trackers, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate across internal teams and subcontractors to closure.
- Prepare status reports, minutes, SOPs, and executive materials.
- Support scheduling, meetings, and documentation management.
