Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed vendor data packages including technical documentation such as drawings, instruction manuals, spare parts lists, material certifications, and related materials
• Review RFQs, specifications and data sheets, and help specify products based on required criteria
• Negotiate project pricing with principals and vendors when required
• Perform order entry for project orders and track, expedite, and schedule shipment to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate and facilitate customer inspections when required and obtain shipping releases from customers
