Job summary

TIME Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales department by preparing customer quotations, managing pricing information, and coordinating order accuracy. You will be a key contact for outside sales and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate product details and policies.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of making sound decisions within guidelines, escalating when needed to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order flow.

Qualifications

• Product knowledge: understanding of company products, configurations, specs, and competitors.
• Communication: strong phone, written and interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills: typing, word processing, and basic office software.
• Attention to detail: review pricing, quotations, orders for accuracy.
• Organizational skills: manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Problem solving: decide within guidelines and escalate when needed.
• Product visualization: understand finished product configurations.
• Teamwork: coordinate with Sales, Order Management and other departments.
• Customer service: provide timely, accurate, professional assistance.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support and Communication
• Respond to pricing, specifications, availability, and policies inquiries from outside sales representatives.
• Provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Maintain communication with Sales, Order Management, and other internal teams to support customer needs.
• Quotation Preparation and Administration
• Prepare quotations for domestic customers and national accounts per pricing guidelines and policies.
• Prepare, type, review, and distribute quotations accurately and within deadlines.
• Verify quotation details and ensure pricing, product, and specs are included.
• Order Review and Coordination
• Review orders against quotations to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Assist in clarifying product configurations to prevent errors.
• Competitive Market Information
• Gather and provide competitive pricing and product information to support the Sales Department.
• Assist sales reps with information for inquiries and competitive situations.
• Reporting and Documentation
• Prepare and distribute weekly quotation activity reports and other sales reports.
• Maintain quotation records and documentation.
• Assist with other sales admin and reporting needs.
• Field and Trade Show Support
• Attend trade shows and industry events as required.
• Participate in field sales calls to support relationships.
• Additional Responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Sales.
