The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes. This position requires strong data entry skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in office management tasks. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing schedules, and facilitating communication between various departments.

Compensation:

• Hourly range $20.00 - 22.00 varies depending on experience/qualifications.
• 80 hours paid time off, increase with seniority. (post-probation).
• 10 paid holidays. (post-probation).
• Up to 20% bonus depending on performance.

Summary of duties:

• Assisting suppliers & truckers with any concerns regarding shipments.
• Getting rate quotes from trucking companies.
• Processing purchase orders to suppliers.

• Answering the telephone & transferring to the appropriate party.
