Job summary

Worldwide Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator with a domestic background to support quoting, shipment coordination and customer relations.

You will work with internal sales, pricing staff and a curated set of global vendors and offices to move goods efficiently. The role requires at least 2+ years in freight brokerage or logistics, hands-on LTL and TL/FTL experience, and proficiency with TMS and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years freight brokerage/logistics experience.
• Hands-on LTL and TL/FTL experience.
• Experience with drayage and/or air freight.
• Experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Quoting and carrier rate negotiation.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Track & trace familiarity.
• Understanding of LTL classification / NMFC / density.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Ability to independently manage a shipment from quote through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships and enhance satisfaction.
• Quote transportation options and coordinate shipments across multiple modes with carrier partners.
• Track shipments and provide customers with timely updates on order status.
• Continuously monitor market dynamics and pricing trends to identify savings opportunities.
