Job summary

Disney Experiences (DX) Tech & Digital in Orlando, FL is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate tech initiatives across multiple teams. You will drive project plans, ensure alignment with business strategy, and manage schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies.

The role emphasizes Agile leadership, stakeholder collaboration and governance, with opportunities to influence tooling and forecasting processes in a complex digital program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall and blending styles to drive delivery.
• Understanding of Cloud, APIs, services, databases, engineering and product development.
• Experience with project budgets and cross‑functional coordination.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office, Jira/Confluence and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports execution and delivery of technical projects through the delivery life cycle, on time and on budget.
• Works with engineering teams and leadership to follow established processes across projects.
• Facilitates Agile ceremonies and processes for project teams.
• Maintain monthly forecast submissions and resource allocations.
• Build project reports and dashboards for management and partners.
• Escalate issues and risks to ensure timely resolution and mitigation.
• Support Jira and Confluence administration and reporting.
