Job summary

The Walt Disney Company’s Disney Experiences Technology group seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager in Orlando to drive cross-functional technology initiatives across Parks, Resorts, Cruise Line, and digital platforms.

You will coordinate multiple projects, manage budgets, and apply Agile and DevOps practices to deliver on time and within scope, partnering with engineers, product managers, and senior leaders to realize business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project/program management with enterprise-scale systems.
• Solid understanding of cloud, APIs, services, and databases.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, and Waterfall delivery styles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple technology projects across programs.
• Coordinate with software engineers, product managers, and architects.
• Define and optimize Agile ceremonies and governance for large teams.
• Manage budgets, expenditures and ROI for the program.
• Develop program plans with multiple project managers and milestones.
