Job summary

Disney Experiences Technology in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to identify, plan and coordinate related projects within a program, managing interdependencies and budgets across enterprise initiatives. You’ll drive delivery with engineering teams, define governance, and optimize Agile ceremonies while tracking program ROI and scope.

Reports to Manager, Technical Project Management with a strong collaboration footprint.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical project/program management with enterprise-scale solutions.
Knowledge of Cloud, APIs, services, database technologies, and SDLC.
Experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall blending.
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing large project budgets.

Responsibilities

Drives execution and delivery of technical projects through full delivery life cycle.
Works with engineering teams to establish processes across program areas.
Defines and manages Agile ceremonies; oversees procurement of hardware/software.
Develops a program plan with multiple projects and PMs to achieve business impact.
Monitors progress and adjusts plans to meet goals and ROI targets.
Implements governance and provides senior-level oversight for the program.
