Disney Experiences Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to identify, plan, and coordinate related projects within a program, guiding interdependencies and budgets across engineering, product, and leadership teams.

You will drive delivery lifecycle, establish governance, and apply Agile, Lean, Kanban and DevOps practices to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes for enterprise initiatives in Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical project/program management with enterprise teams.
• Knowledge of Cloud, APIs, databases and SDLC.
• Strong communication and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Drives execution and delivery of technical projects through full delivery life cycle ensuring project is delivered timely and on-budget.
• Works with engineering teams to establish processes for large project teams and improve efficiency.
• Defines, optimizes, and manages Agile project management ceremonies and processes for large project teams.
• Develops a program plan comprised of parallel projects and multiple project managers.
• Monitors & adjusts program plan to meet business goals.
• Creates governance practices and provides senior-level leadership oversight.
• Implements fiscal practices and reports on program expenditures & ROI.
• Develops infrastructure to support the program.
