Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of technical project/program management experience with tech teams.
• Experience with cloud, APIs, services, databases and lifecycle methodologies.
• Strong influence, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives execution and delivery of technical projects through full delivery life cycle.
• Works with engineering teams to establish processes across program areas for efficient delivery.
• Defines and manages Agile ceremonies and processes; handles hardware/software procurement.
• Develops a program plan with parallel projects and multiple project managers.
• Monitors and adjusts program plans to meet business goals.
• Creates governance and provides senior leadership oversight and ROI reporting.
• Develops infrastructure to support the program.
