Disney Experiences Technology in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead a program of related projects, coordinating interdependencies and guiding schedule, scope, cost, and quality.

You will partner with software engineers, product managers and leaders to establish processes, run Agile ceremonies, manage procurement, budgets and ROI, and deliver high-impact initiatives across parks, resorts, and customer experiences.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical project/program management with enterprise-class solutions.
Understanding of Cloud, APIs, services, databases, SDLC, and product development.
Influence, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience blending Agile, Lean, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
Deep Agile practices, DevOps, CI/CD, and testing concepts.
Coaching teams on PM practices across Agile/Lean/Waterfall.

Responsibilities

Drive delivery of technical projects through full lifecycle, on time and on budget.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to establish cross-project processes.
Define and manage Agile ceremonies and procurement for large project teams.
Develop multi-project plans with multiple PMs delivering high-impact work.
Monitor and adjust plans to respond to changes and meet goals.
Create governance practices and provide senior-level program oversight.
Manage program expenditures and ROI reporting.
Develop infrastructure to support the program.
