Job summary

Apex Order Pickup Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team onsite at our global headquarters in Mason, Ohio. This role supports the technical aspects of project implementation and provides ongoing software/hardware support for our client base.

You will lead full life cycle project implementations, provide remote installation support, and host web-based training sessions. Travel is less than 5%. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support technical aspects of project implementation.
• Full life cycle project implementation.
• Remote support for equipment installations.
• Plan and host web-based software training sessions for end users.
• Travel less than 5% for site visits.
• Maintain knowledge of processes and testing standards.
• Product testing for internal purposes.
