Experitec is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Order Fulfillment Team. You will coordinate meetings, compile proposals, and manage equipment schedules while ensuring timely documentation and data entry. Strong communication across teams is essential to support project execution and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a hands-on approach, reliability, and the ability to interface with customers onsite. Training is provided to develop expertise across product lines and industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required or several years of relevant experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and Outlook.
• Customer service experience and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead meetings with project stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals and manage equipment schedules.
• Ensure on-time submission of project documentation and data entry.
• Maintain clear order management communication with customers and internal teams.
• Support project managers and account managers to meet customer goals.
