Job summary

Global Payments in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Installation & Training (I&T) Project Coordinator to schedule and dispatch partners for Xenial technology solutions and ongoing training. You will monitor project status, resolve client issues, and manage multiple concurrent projects while delivering timely trainings.

You'll work in a hybrid setup, 3 days on site in Charlotte and 2 days remote, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Project Management experience or education.
• Computer literacy in all Microsoft Office products suite.
• Creative thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated presentation skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and simultaneously manage multiple tasks/projects.
• Be able to work a hybrid schedule, working 3 days a week on site at our Charlotte, NC offices, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for customers, delivering clear, timely communication through all installation phases.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors, team members, and stakeholders, while proactively addressing challenges and maintaining alignment across projects and schedules.
• Support project planning, execution, and risk management by prioritizing multiple responsibilities, making sound decisions under pressure, and ensuring timely delivery of commitments.
• Analyze, compile, and report performance data to support operational goals, track team success, and drive informed business decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement with attention to detail and high-quality results meeting client expectations.
