Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive project management experience in software development.
• Understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML tech.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan, including feature development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Maintain deep understanding of algorithms and interfaces for battle management, threat prediction, tracking, and classification.
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation and continuously improve PM processes.
• Oversee release planning and ensure quality standards before deployment.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; report on status, risks, and milestones.
