Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Battlespace Awareness software, overseeing development, execution, and delivery of critical programs. The role requires a strong software background in optimization and estimation, plus experience managing multi-team projects and stakeholders.

You will lead planning, release management, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration to align technical work with program goals while maintaining schedule integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development.
• Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan including feature development, testing and validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the software that align with program needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of algorithms and interfaces for battle management, threat prediction, tracking, and classification for integration with the C2 system.
• Stay updated on techniques and collaborate with SMEs to incorporate innovations into the plan.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, user manuals, and reports.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes for efficiency.
• Oversee the planning and execution of the software release process and ensure quality before deployment.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with regular status updates.
• Assess and allocate resources to prevent bottlenecks and ensure project support.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with SMEs to minimize schedule impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to meet integration requirements.
