Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager for the Battlespace Awareness C2 Systems team. You will oversee the development, execution, and delivery of Battlespace software, ensuring alignment with technical, functional, and business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Extensive project management experience in software development for complex algorithms.
Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML tech.
Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a detailed project plan including feature development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Lead cross‑functional collaboration with sub‑teams and stakeholders to meet program needs.
