Job summary

Anduril Industries in Colorado seeks a Technical Program Manager, Mathematical Software and Algorithms to lead the Battlespace Awareness software effort, ensuring delivery on technical, functional, and business requirements. You will coordinate multiple sub-teams and stakeholders to align objectives with program goals.

The role demands a strong background in optimization, estimation, and AI/ML, plus proven PM experience in software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development.
Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan including feature development, testing and validation, deployment, and monitoring.
Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the software that align with program needs.
Maintain a deep understanding of underlying algorithms and software interfaces for battle management and threat prediction.
Stay updated on techniques to incorporate innovations into the project plan.
Ensure comprehensive documentation is maintained for the project, including technical specifications and reports.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.
Oversee the planning and execution of the software release process, ensuring quality before deployment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for communications with stakeholders.
Assess and allocate necessary resources to support the project.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with SMEs.
Foster cross‑functional collaboration to meet integration requirements.
