Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for Mathematical Software & Algorithms to lead Battlespace Awareness software programs, ensuring delivery aligns with technical, functional, and business goals.

You will manage complex multi-team efforts on optimization, estimation, and AI/ML-driven services, coordinating release plans, documentation, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development.
• Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership and Strategy: develop and maintain a detailed project execution plan.
• Technical Expertise: understand algorithms and interfaces for battle management and C2 integration.
