Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive project management experience in software development.
• Understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML tech.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan with features, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ensure software interfaces with battle management and C2 system by understanding algorithms and services.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including specs, manuals, and reports.
• Oversee release planning and ensure quality standards before deployment.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and coordinate across teams and partners.
• Allocate resources and manage risks to avoid delays and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate across divisions to align software with program priorities.
