Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Mathematical Software and Algorithms to lead Battlespace Awareness software development, ensuring alignment with technical, functional, and business requirements. The role emphasizes optimization, estimation, and collaboration across sub-teams and stakeholders.

The Sr Technical Program Manager will oversee plan development, release management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver on schedule and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
• Extensive project management experience in software development.
• Understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML tech.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan for Battlespace Awareness software.
• Establish clear objectives and deliverables aligned with program needs.
• Maintain understanding of algorithms and interfaces for battle management and integration with C2 system.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and continuously improve PM processes.
• Oversee release planning and ensure quality standards before deployment.
• Coordinate communications with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Allocate resources and monitor utilization to avoid bottlenecks.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with SMEs.
• Collaborate with other divisions to ensure integration with program priorities.
