Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Mathematical Software & Algorithms in Colorado. You will oversee Battlespace Awareness software development, manage multi-team execution, and ensure releases meet schedule and quality standards.

Strong background in optimization, estimation, and AI/ML is required, plus security clearance eligibility. Responsibilities include roadmap planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, engineering, or related technical field.
Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development.
Understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML tech.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to manage high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

Lead and plan software development initiatives for Battlespace Awareness.
Maintain detailed project plans covering feature development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Ensure integration of algorithms and interfaces with the larger C2 system.
Oversee release planning and ensure quality standards for deployments.
Communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and teams.
