Job summary
Disney Experiences is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to identify, plan, and coordinate multiple related projects within a program, managing interdependencies and risks. You will lead scheduling, scope, quality, and cost, working with engineering teams and business partners to ensure on-time delivery.
You will report to the Manager, Technical Project Management and help drive governance, fiscal controls, and infrastructure to support the program.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in technical project/program management with enterprise solutions.
- Understanding of cloud, APIs, services, databases, and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall blending in large teams.
- Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and testing concepts.
Responsibilities
- Drives execution and delivery of technical projects through full delivery life cycle.
- Collaborates with engineering teams, product managers, architects and leadership to establish processes.
- Manages Agile ceremonies and processes for large project teams; oversees procurement.
- Develops project plans across parallel projects to maximize business impact.
- Monitors and adjusts plans to meet goals and ROI; implements governance.
