Qualifications

• Strong communication, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of technical projects through full delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, and leadership.
• Define and optimize Agile ceremonies and processes.
• Manage hardware/software procurement.
• Develop program plans with parallel projects and PMs.
• Monitor progress and governance; report ROI.
• Provide leadership oversight for the program.
