Job summary

Disney Experiences Technology (DXT) seeks a Lead Technical Project Manager in Celebration, FL to oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale programs. You will drive cross-functional delivery with engineers, product managers, architects, and leaders, embedding scalable processes that enable on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will mentor junior PMs, manage Agile ceremonies, maintain RAID logs and budgets, and report status through dashboards and executive briefs.

Qualifications

7+ years of technical project/program management experience with enterprise-scale solutions.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and budgeting skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Lead high-priority, multi-site programs through the full delivery lifecycle.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to scale processes.
Guide and support junior technical project managers throughout the lifecycle.
Own communication plans and deliver weekly updates, dashboards, and exec presentations.
Define Agile ceremonies at the team-of-teams level.
Manage risks, scope, and budgets with transparency to stakeholders.
