Job summary

Disney Experiences Technology (DXT) in Celebration, FL is hiring a Lead Technical Project Manager to oversee large, multi-site programs from initiation through delivery. You will partner with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, and executives to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes and scalable processes.

You’ll lead agile ceremonies at the team-of-teams level, manage scope, risks, and budgets, and provide weekly updates and executive dashboards to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical project/program management experience with engineering teams.
• Understanding of APIs, services, databases, and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to interpret architectural and technical aspects of complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority, multi-site programs through full delivery lifecycle.
• Define and optimize Agile ceremonies and processes at team-of-teams level.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource alignment with project plans.
