Job summary

Milliman seeks a Technical Product Manager with a platform engineering focus to lead shared platform capabilities for MedInsight analytics. You will collaborate with platform engineering, data and application teams to shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery, ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure product delivery.

Based preferably in Seattle, WA, with US-wide remote considered, this role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $104,900 to $199,065 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or platform product management.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, healthcare, or related field.
• Familiarity with analytics tech such as Databricks, SQL, Python, R.
• Understanding of cloud tech and cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred).
• Experience translating engineering needs into clear product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform-focused product management across MedInsight ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Data, and Application teams.
• Define requirements for internal developer platforms and tooling.
• Prioritize work to improve engineering velocity and reliability.
• Define adoption and performance metrics for platform capabilities.
• Represent internal user voice and gather feedback.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders on key initiatives.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps with leadership.
• Prioritize platform requirements forbusiness understandability.
