Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Technical Product Manager in Spokane, WA to drive modular product lines from concept through production launch. You will bridge engineering, manufacturing operations, and program management to ensure manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with customer needs.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, applying DFMA, refining designs for manufacturing, and guiding prototypes to full-scale production while managing timelines, budgets, and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle from concept to production launch.
• Ensure manufacturability and scalability through DFMA principles.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams.
• Oversee transitions from prototypes to production with documented QA.
• Support RFQs and customer-facing program reviews with technical input.
