McKinstry is seeking a Construction Project Manager for its Offsite Manufacturing team in Spokane, WA. This role oversees end-to-end performance of a modular product value stream, coordinating plans, scopes, schedules, materials, and customer alignment to deliver on cost, quality, and schedule targets.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, 6+ years of PM/engineering/construction experience, and OSHA 30 certification, with strong leadership and client-facing skills to drive successful

• Lead the transition of project management and engineering activities from design through construction.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project plans, schedules, scopes of work, and execution strategies.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as primary contact for client relationships, driving alignment and satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage client and subcontractor change orders.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, including cost and margin.
• Coordinate among trades, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coach, mentor, and provide direction to project team members.
