McKinstry is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead inventory control and material movement at our Spokane modular manufacturing facilities. This role includes overseeing daily inventory operations, developing procedures, and collaborating across manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in a related field or 6+ years in inventory management within manufacturing, plus experience with ISO standards and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering or similar; or 6+ years inventory management experience.
• 2+ years of manufacturing environment experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversees daily inventory operations, receiving, storing, tracking and distributing materials.
• Supports inventory operations across multiple production lines and sites (Seattle, Spokane, etc.).
• Develops and maintains inventory control procedures.
• Operates in an ISO-regulated manufacturing environment with compliance complexity.
• Leads root-cause analysis for variances and ensures safety/quality compliance.
• Monitors and optimizes inventory levels and KPIs.
• Manages end-to-end inventory operations and ERP deployment readiness.
