Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• P.E. registration preferred.
• Experience in product development and manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle from concept to production launch.
• Apply DFMA principles to ensure manufacturability and scalability.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, procurement, and QA teams.
• Oversee transition from prototypes to production and ensure on-time delivery.
