Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to lead requirements, performance specs, and turnkey productization of our RF mesh solutions. You will own system-level specs, collaborate with hardware and software teams, and drive lifecycle management for PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS.

You will bridge tactical integration needs with engineering execution, travel up to 25–50%, and work on hybrid schedules from Irvine, CA or US locations,

• Translate high-level mission capabilities into granular technical requirements.
• Define end-to-end performance specs for integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to build turnkey systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated solutions features.
• Assess customer requests, weigh engineering timelines, and set scope boundaries.
• Oversee lifecycle of PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS integrations from concept to deployment.
• Drive product adoption and coordinate with Sales for revenue growth.
